Job summary

RES Group is seeking a site-based Quality Supervisor to implement the Quality Management System and oversee Inspection Test Plan execution on a construction project. You will develop and maintain the Construction Quality Plan and drive QC inspections with SMEs, ensuring adherence to standards and project benchmarks.

The role requires 50%+ field work, coordination with project teams, and strong communication to keep quality metrics and documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil, Electrical or Industrial Engineering required.
• 2+ years renewable energy QA/QC experience on large projects.
• Domestic travel 76-100% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement Construction Quality Plan and ITP with SME input.
• Lead QC inspections and ensure compliance with Quality Plans.
• Coordinate with HSQE Manager to maintain standards.
• Oversee subcontracted QC work and use SWIs/QWI as required.
