Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems Ltd is seeking a Quality Supervisor to implement the RES Quality Management System on a solar/wind project site. The role involves developing and maintaining the Construction Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include guiding QC crews, ensuring compliance with the Construction Quality Plan, and reporting quality status to leadership. Travel to sites is required as part of field work.

Responsibilities

• Implements QC processes and ITP for the project site.
• Prepares the Project Construction Quality Plan and ITP with SME support.
• Maintains Workflow instructions and project benchmarks for site.
• Ensures QC inspections and documented results meet the Quality Plan.
• Provides oversight to Construction Quality Control crews and inspections.
• Leads root cause analysis and stops work when required for quality concerns.
