Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related industry experience in Project/Program/Portfolio Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE preferred; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience developing PMO procedures, documents, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and teams for civil, commercial, retail rollout and utility-scale work.
• Define client needs, identify solutions, and manage profitability and satisfaction.
• Lead project scope, schedule, fees, and contract terms with Market Leads.
• Support client relationships and business development with strategic plans.
• Maintain project communications, governance, and BSPS compliance.
• Oversee project setup, budgeting, invoicing, and cost control.
• Forecast resources, monitor risks, and report to leadership with metrics.
