Job summary

Entech Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead site development and infrastructure projects for municipal, energy, institutional, commercial, and industrial clients.

You’ll own projects from concept through construction, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality. This role emphasizes independent leadership, client communication, and QA/QC oversight, with occasional municipal presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–10 years of civil/site engineering experience
• 5–10 years of project management in engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain within 6–12 months
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of multiple civil/site development projects from concept through construction, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the project
• Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, and ongoing client communications for alignment and delivery
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for timely, high-quality deliverables
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and support fee development
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and adjust approach as needed
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff to grow capabilities
