Job summary

Atlantic Design Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager to lead civil/site and land-development projects from planning and permitting through final design and construction.

The successful candidate will manage projects, clients, schedules, budgets, and permitting while coordinating with Atlantic's survey, environmental, renewable-energy, and other teams. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Active Professional Engineer license (Massachusetts or ability to reciprocate).
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience including site/civil and land-development.
• Strong project-management and client-management experience.
• Experience supervising or mentoring engineers and design staff.
