Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required, or the ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage and coordinate civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Design: Prepare detailed engineering plans, calculations, and specifications for various civil engineering projects, including site development, drainage, utilities, and more.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and permits.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and objectives and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team of engineers to deliver integrated and sustainable solutions.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project deliverables.
