Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil construction project management experience.
• Experience with large-scale site development, industrial construction, or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities, drainage, and civil infrastructure.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and construction schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil construction activities including site preparation, grading, excavation, utilities, and underground infrastructure.
• Oversee civil subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with engineers, general contractors, and field personnel.
• Review civil drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site development challenges to maintain project schedules.
