Job summary

CriticalWorx in the United States seeks experienced Data Center Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction and infrastructure initiatives from planning through turnover.

You will lead schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications, coordinating GC, subcontractors, engineering teams, and vendors while ensuring safety and quality across electrical, mechanical, and structural workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction project lifecycles.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, schedules, and multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with construction management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP, CCM, or relevant industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center construction and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and vendors.
• Manage milestones, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, structural, and critical infrastructure workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction standards, and project requirements.
• Provide project reporting and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, testing, and final project turnover.
