Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota.
• 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, municipal infrastructure preferred.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.
• Knowledge of MnDOT requirements.
• Possess a valid driver's license for travel to facilities and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple civil engineering projects and staff.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align client needs.
• Prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Read and interpret engineering plans and specs.
• Provide technical advice on design, construction, or repairs.
• Support business development through client research and proposals.
• Coordinate construction administration and document control with field staff.
