You will oversee senior project teams, develop plans and specifications, manage contracts, and mentor staff while engaging with clients and stakeholders to advance municipal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• 10+ years' progressive experience in civil engineering with municipal infrastructure.
• Experience with client relationship management and business development.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
• Experience in municipal business development and building client relationships.
• Experience conducting community meetings and communication.
• Previous supervisory experience.

• Plan, develop, and complete projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver municipal infrastructure programs.
