The role focuses on managing multiple civil engineering projects and staff, from design through construction, while collaborating with Project Managers to meet client expectations. The ideal candidate holds a Minnesota-licensed PE, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and 4+ years of progressive civil experience, including plan development and construction contract administration; proficiency in

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota.
• 4+ years' progressive civil engineering experience, municipal infra preferred.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency is preferred.
• Knowledge of MnDOT requirements.
• Valid driver's license for site visits.

Responsabilités

• Manage planning, scheduling and performance of multiple civil engineering projects and staff (design and construction).
• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand client needs and expectations.
• Prepare or review preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Read and interpret engineering plans, specs, and reports.
• Provide technical advice on design, construction, or repairs to clients and contractors.
• Assist with business development activities as needed.
• Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation with field staff.
