Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license preferred; EIT encouraged to apply.
• 3-15 years of land development design experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and related software.
• Strong knowledge of local/state land development regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site analysis and assessments for proposed land development projects.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and drawings for land development projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform calculations related to grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
• Provide technical expertise during construction and address challenges to ensure project success.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to convey engineering concepts and updates.
