Job summary

The role supports projects across the western US and may involve mentorship of junior staff. The position involves technical leadership in civil design, coordination with internal and external teams, and delivering projects from feasibility

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil design for community development and infrastructure projects.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in preparing construction documents and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for grading, drainage, wet utilities, street improvements and other civil design documents.
• Prepare and revise documentation from feasibility analysis to construction close-out.
• Coordinate with geomatics team to obtain base data and ensure accuracy.
