Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Engineer – Land Development in Denver, CO to lead site civil and land development design from concept through construction, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact projects.

You will prepare grading, drainage, utility and site plans using Civil 3D, oversee project schedules and budgets, communicate with clients, and mentor junior engineers while expanding your technical expertise across a diverse project
