Job summary

Design land development and site engineering projects from concept to completion, including site planning, grading, stormwater, utilities, and infrastructure. Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD is required; collaboration with engineers, planners, and surveyors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4–10+ years of civil engineering/land development experience.
• Strong experience with site planning, stormwater management, grading, utilities, and infrastructure design.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• EIT or PE license is a plus.
