Job summary

TYG is seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of land development experience to lead site development projects in Orlando, Florida. The role involves design, documentation, permitting, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing site layouts with Civil 3D, preparing construction documents and drainage reports, attending municipal meetings, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring project quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of site or land development experience.
• PE license required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of stormwater design, grading and utility layout.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
