This position involves contributing to a range of site development projects through design, documentation, permitting, and coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design site layouts, grading plans, stormwater systems, and utilities using Civil 3D.
• Prepare construction documents, drainage reports, and permit submittals (including SWPPPs).
• Attend municipal meetings and support the project approval process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside consultants.
