M. J. Electric, LLC is seeking a Civil Operations Analyst in Michigan to support growth and operational excellence through data analysis of projects, finances, and markets.

You will develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting that drive strategic decisions, optimize performance, and enhance profitability across Civil teams. The role requires strong analytics, Excel and Power BI skills, and collaboration with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4–7 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with KPI development and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyze metrics and dashboards for projects.
• Collaborate with internal groups to ensure policy compliance.
• Evaluate workflows and standardize procedures for Civil teams.
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Prepare leadership presentations and business recommendations.
• Partner with Operations, PM, Estimating and Biz Dev teams.
