Job summary

CPH, a multi-disciplinary engineering and architecture firm, is seeking a Project Manager to join and lead our commercial team in Ft Myers, FL. The PM will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and coordinate subcontractors and permitting to ensure full project delivery.

The role requires a PE license (or within six months), 5+ years in A/E/C, and strong communication and analytical skills. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum 5+ years in the A/E/C industry.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project production, delivery, and client updates.
• Create and manage project plan with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare EWA scope, fees, and negotiate with client.
• Maintain Smartsheet and align with financial reporting.
• Lead a production team through weekly reviews and coordination.
• Track labor budget vs actual, address variances, and manage EWAs.
