CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm actively seeking a Project Manager (PE) to lead project delivery from Tampa or Lakeland, FL. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while guiding a production team and coordinating subcontractors, permitting, and deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or Architecture, PE licensure, and 5+ years in the A/E/C industry; MBA or related masters is highly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture required; MBA preferred.
• Active professional licensure (P.E., RA, or P.S.M.) required.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in the A/E/C industry.

Aufgaben

• Oversee project production, delivery, and client communications.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and negotiate EWA scope and fees with clients.
• Create and maintain Smartsheet; align with financial reporting.
• Lead production team through weekly reviews and coaching; ensure coordination with subcontractors.
