Job summary

CPH, a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm, seeks a Project Manager in Jacksonville, FL to join our dynamic commercial team. You will oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, leading a production team and coordinating subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Strong communication and PM skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is required; PE licensure or ability to obtain within six months is highly preferred, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Architectural discipline required; MBA/Master's preferred.
• Active PE licensure or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive professional experience in A/E/C.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk for assigned projects.
• Lead production team and coordinate subcontractors, permitting, and deliverables.
• Serve as clients' day-to-day contact and escalate issues to Program Manager as needed.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, schedule and budget.
• Prepare EWAs, fee proposals, and negotiate with clients.
