Job summary

CPH, a leading Civil/Municipal engineering and architecture firm in Miami, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead large, multidisciplinary development programs across Florida and the Southeast. You will drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee scope, schedule, and profitability.

You will mentor teams of engineers and professionals, coordinate architecture, civil, MEP, and surveying disciplines, and align delivery with CPH standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in A/E consulting, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience leading complex commercial development programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience developing and managing strategic client relationships.
• Experience with proposals, scope development, fee development, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing financial performance and profitability of programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic commercial development programs from business development through successful delivery.
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
• Coordinate resources across Architecture, Civil, MEP, Surveying and other disciplines.
• Maintain accountability for program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, project strategies, schedules, staffing plans, and fee estimates.
• Mentor and develop project managers, engineers, and technical professionals.
• Lead risk management, change control, and proactive issue resolution.
• Support business planning and growth strategies with leadership.
