CPH is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead projects in Sanford, FL with option for Miami, FL. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, and client communications; coordinating teams and subcontractors; and ensuring project delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, has 5+ years in the A/E/C industry, and excels in leadership, budgeting, and project controls. This role reports to the Program Manager and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Active professional licensure (e.g., P.E., R.A., P.S.M.) is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive professional experience in the A/E/C industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project production, delivery, and client updates.
• Develop and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare EWAs, negotiate scope and fees with clients.
• Lead a production team and coordinate with subcontractors and permitting.
• Monitor labor budgets, costs, and schedule milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact and support upsell/cross-sell.
