Job summary

CPH, a top-ranked design firm, seeks a Project Manager (PE) to lead civil/municipal projects in Lakeland, FL, with Tampa options. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, while guiding a production team and coordinating subcontractors, permitting, and deliverables.

The PM will act as the main client contact, manage EWAs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, maintaining strong communication and project controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is required; MBA/Master's preferred.
• Active professional licensure (PE/RA/PSM) is required or strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive PM experience in A/E/C industries.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead project production, delivery, and client updates.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and negotiate EWAs, scope changes and associated fees.
• Create and maintain project reports using Smartsheet and integrate with financial reporting.
• Lead a production team, coordinate subcontractors and permitting.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare pre-bills, progress updates, and support collections.
• Enforce safety and project governance; maintain documentation.
