Clyde Companies seeks a Civil or Mining Engineer to support hard rock, sand and gravel operations across the Intermountain West. You will integrate civil and mining design, mine planning, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient resource extraction and sustainable land use.

The role combines office analysis with field engagement, offering ownership over projects and collaboration with operations, environmental teams, and leadership to meet business goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mining Engineering.
• 4–8 years of mining, reclamation, land development, or similar civil engineering work.
• Experience with permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Working knowledge of mining operations and reclamation practices.

Mansioni

• Develop, update, and maintain mining and reclamation plans to optimize extraction and comply with regulations.
• Monitor operations for adherence to plans and assist with compliance reporting.
• Plan and oversee reclamation activities to restore mined areas responsibly.
• Perform resource modeling, reserve calculations, and bonding activities.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and prepare annual reports.
• Manage land use permitting and liaise with regulatory agencies.
• Provide on-site training and coordinate group training programs.
