Job summary

CTL Engineering is seeking a Civil Engineer | Project Manager to lead Civil/Site Development and mine reclamation projects. You will manage teams, develop plans from concept through final submittal, and coordinate with clients across West Virginia.

The role involves frequent travel within the state and base locations in Morgantown or Charleston. You will oversee data analysis, permitting, and construction drawings, while guiding junior staff, ensuring quality, and delivering projects on time and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years Civil/Site Design experience; PE credentialing is a plus.
• Ability to manage client relationships and multiple projects with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as Project Manager for Civil/Site Development Design projects.
• Develop data, perform analyses, and prepare permitting and construction drawings.
• Lead erosion/sediment control and utility relocation plans, and manage permits.
• Provide technical guidance for mine reclamation projects and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clients on deliverables and manage schedules and budgets.
• Oversee project proposals and Engineer's cost estimates.
