Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is seeking a Mine Engineer to provide mine engineering, planning, and design support for its mining operations and mineral projects.

The role leads development of mine plans, economic evaluations, and capital project oversight to optimize ore reserves and production, while aligning with corporate standards. The candidate will mentor teams, drive best practices, and collaborate with operations, geology, and metallurgical groups to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mine Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Mine Engineering and Operations, with leadership/management roles.

Responsabilités

• Direct, coordinate, and participate on mine planning activities to meet plans and budgets.
• Lead in mine engineering and design contributions to business development initiatives.
• Lead in economic mineral evaluations and related analyses.
• Develop and install standards for essential planning activities of Mine Engineering.
• Coordinate between mine engineering and operations for execution of mine plans.
