You will step into a steady, diverse flow of civil litigation matters with the support of experienced paralegals, dedicated intake, and robust firm infrastructure - allowing you to focus your time on advocacy, strategy, and client results.

What You'll Do

• Manage a varied civil litigation caseload focusing on real estate, HOA disputes, business litigation, and construction defect matters.
• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and contested proceedings.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy from initial case intake through discovery, motion practice, and resolution.
• Maintain strong client relationships backed by full paralegal and intake support.
