Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Active Colorado Bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts, project records, expert materials, and other evidence.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and developments.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy.
• Maintain responsibility for deadlines, case progress, and assigned matters.
