Qualifications

• 4–8 years of litigation experience.
• Active Colorado bar license.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and consistency.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
• Experience in commercial, or real estate litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized case docket and consistently meet all court, client, and internal deadlines.
• Draft, review, and finalize motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Provide structured legal analysis and practical client guidance.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Contribute to trial preparation and case strategy and participate in trial.
• Communicate proactively with clients and team members regarding case status and deadlines.

What YOU'LL DO

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range - $145,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience)

• Quarterly Bonus Potential - from 3% to 16% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
