Job summary

Orionplacement in Denver, CO is seeking a litigation attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a boutique team focused on construction and casualty disputes. You will manage matters from evaluation through resolution, conducting depositions, drafting motions, and trial preparation in a hybrid Denver schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Bar license required.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting motions and managing litigation files.
• Deposition experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Construction litigation experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Genuine interest in developing a long-term construction litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.

• Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced attorneys and clients.

• Manage discovery, case deadlines, and court filings.
• Mentor junior team members as your experience grows.
• Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining efficient case management.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Colorado. We are seeking attorneys with at least 2 years of litigation experience and a genuine interest in construction litigation.
