Ascendion is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our healthcare defense team in Seattle. This hybrid role offers 2 days on-site, with exposure to complex civil litigation for hospitals, providers, and medical professionals.

You will handle depositions, draft motions, conduct legal research, and collaborate with a team to develop client relationships and advance your path toward partnership within a well-established Northwest practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience taking depositions and drafting motions for summary judgment.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a team.
• Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing.

Civil Litigation Associate Attorney – Healthcare Defense

Location: Seattle, WA

Billable Hours: 1,800 annually

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Experience: 3+ Years

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 + Bonus Potential

I'm currently partnering with a well-established Pacific Northwest litigation practice looking to add a Civil Litigation Attorney to its growing team.

The practice focuses on representing hospitals, healthcare providers, medical professionals, and long-term care facilities in complex civil litigation and healthcare-related disputes.

Required Qualifications :

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience taking depositions and drafting summary judgment motions.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters while working collaboratively within a team.
• Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
