Job summary

Fox Ballard PLLC in Seattle or Tacoma is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our civil defense team on a hybrid schedule. You will manage a diverse caseload in insurance defense, health law, and civil litigation, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting research, and defending depositions.

Active WA Bar license is required and at least 3 years of litigation experience. You will work with a collaborative team, build client relationships, and participate in hearings, mediations, and

• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Seattle or Tacoma.
