Confidential Employer in Seattle/Tacoma seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. You will handle civil litigation, professional liability, and healthcare disputes, drafting pleadings and motions while shaping litigation strategy.

The ideal candidate has WA Bar admission and 3+ years of relevant litigation experience, with strong research, writing, and negotiation skills. Hybrid schedule, collaborative environment, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense, health law, or civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, case management, and advocacy skills.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Healthcare liability and professional liability experience preferred, not required.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Seattle or Tacoma.

Responsibilities

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
