Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas, in good standing.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience; insurance defense experience strongly preferred.
• Experience defending personal injury, premises liability, auto or trucking, construction or general liability claims.
• Hands-on with written discovery, depositions, dispositive motions and mediation; trial or second chair experience a plus.
• Strong writer and clear communicator who builds trust with clients, adjusters and colleagues.
• Sound judgment, discretion and the ability to manage an active caseload with increasing independence.
• Team oriented, client focused and motivated by courtroom results.

Civil Litigation Associate
