Jobot seeks a skilled Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join our Central Texas team. You will defend clients in a range of insurance matters, draft pleadings and motions, and manage cases from intake to resolution in state and federal courts across Texas.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from an accredited law school, is admitted to the Texas Bar, and brings at least two years of litigation experience with a focus on insurance defense, general liability, product liability, and coverage

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in insurance matters including coverage disputes, bad faith, and liability cases.

• Manage caseload from intake through trial or resolution; coordinate with senior partners.
• Litigate in state and federal courts across Texas; negotiate settlements and prepare for mediation/arbitration.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are currently looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team! Here, you will:

• Defend clients in a wide variety of insurance matters: coverage disputes, bad faith claims, product liability, general liability, etc.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Manage your caseload from intake through trial or resolution. Strategize case directions in consultation with senior partners.
• Handle litigation in both state and federal courts across Texas.
• Negotiate settlements, work with experts, prepare for mediation or arbitration, and see cases through trial when needed.
