Adams & Martin Group's Pasadena boutique defense firm is seeking a Litigation Assistant to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. The role emphasizes attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

You will prepare and process documents, calendar deadlines, and coordinate federal/state filings while assisting with Tables of Contents and Authorities. Strong organizational skills and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of civil litigation assistant experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and e-filing procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process litigation documents, including correspondence, pleadings, briefs, and discovery
• Calendar deadlines, hearings, depositions, meetings, and trial dates
• Manage federal and state court filings, including electronic filing procedures (ECF / PACER)
• Assist with preparation of Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities
• Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation
