Job summary

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a motivated Litigation Paralegal with 2-6 years of experience to join a fast-paced national litigation team in DTLA. The role offers hands-on involvement in complex business disputes and high-exposure litigation matters, with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.

The candidate will manage case files, document control, and litigation calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate with local counsel.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with CompuLaw and iManage is a plus.
• Construction defect litigation experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files, document control, and litigation calendars.
• Track court deadlines and coordinate with local counsel.
• Prepare and organize pleadings, correspondence, charts, and case documents.
• Review and summarize depositions and medical records.
• Assist attorneys with deposition and hearing preparation.
• Coordinate document productions and discovery responses.
• Draft discovery documents and request records.
