Job summary

MRINetwork is seeking a Civil Sales Engineer in Miami, FL to support growth in the South Florida market. You will blend civil engineering knowledge with technical sales, interacting with engineering firms, DOTs, and public works departments to promote engineered infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with relationship development, provides engineering consultation, and drives market development in the territory. Valid driver’s license and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Promote engineered products and provide project-specific technical solutions for stormwater and civil infra applications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with civil engineering firms, DOTs, municipalities, and public works departments.
• Influence product specifications, material selection, and acceptance of engineered solutions with engineers and agencies.
• Serve as technical liaison between engineers, customers, sales, and operations to support projects.
• Deliver technical presentations, Lunch & Learns, plant tours, and product trainings for engineers and specifiers.
• Support new product introductions and market development in the territory.
• Represent the organization at engineering conferences, trade shows, and professional events.
