We are seeking our next generation of Leaders to help us expand our transportation, construction, and water resources engineering teams. These positions will be based out of our headquarters in Miami, FL or our Fort Lauderdale office.
Expect to perform a key role on civil infrastructure projects and the ability to work on a variety of related projects while coordinating with other staff members. It is important that this position can support project teams from initial planning through design to construction. This is an entry level position geared toward professional development, personal growth, increasing responsibility, and professional licensure.
We will rotate you through our multidiscipline training program where you will be exposed to a great variety of projects to shape you into a well-rounded engineer.
Perform engineering calculations, translate governing standards to project specific tasks, utilize computer software for analysis and design, and work efficiently with other team members for project completion. Learn and perform overall roadway design which includes but not limited to the design of the road itself but also the design of signalized intersection, signing, pavement marking, drainage, pedestrian / vehicle safety and temporary traffic control plans. Assist in project activities such as site / field reconnaissance, permit applications, utility coordination, pavement designs, storm water management design, 3D computer modelling, and construction cost estimates.
