Job summary

CPH in Miami, FL seeks a Project Engineer (EIT) to lead design, development, and implementation of civil engineering projects. You will create detailed drawings, manage schedules, and collaborate with senior staff to mitigate risks while ensuring quality from concept to delivery.

The role requires strong AutoCAD/Civil3D skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT candidate or ability to obtain post-start is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil3D is highly desired.
• Experience with retail civil projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Create and review detailed drawings, specs, and documentation.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely completion.
• Lead design and preparation of plans, specs, and calculations.
• Collaborate with senior staff to identify project risks and modify strategies.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, changes, schedules, and updates.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to management and clients.
• Work under supervision of a licensed PE on multiple deliverables.
