A Civil Group Manager is needed in Cranberry Township, PA to lead MSG's Civil Engineering Group, drive technical excellence, and foster business development with clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience, including site development and permitting.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of land development design and permitting processes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the successful execution of civil engineering and land development projects.
• Monitor project health, profitability, schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Review and approve engineering plans, specs, reports, and construction documents.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitable, and compliant with standards.
• Coach and support Project Managers to improve execution and financial performance.
• Maintain direct involvement in key projects to ensure successful delivery and technical excellence.
