Job summary

You will assist with site characterization, field sampling, safety, reporting, and review of drawings and reports, gaining hands-on experience on diverse infrastructure projects while traveling 90% of the time to Greater Boston sites.

Qualifications

• Two years into academic career and enrolled in a civil, geotechnical, or environmental engineering program.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining on-site health and safety expectations.
• Serve in a field support role on construction projects, including observations and sampling.
• Willingness to visit construction sites to support field monitoring services.
• Assist with site characterization, subsurface investigations, and construction of infrastructure projects.
• Prepare field reports and review design drawings and reports.
• Assist with evaluation of subsurface geotechnical and environmental data.
