Haley & Aldrich in Boston, MA is seeking a Co-Op Civil/Geotechnical Engineering Technician to support office engineers and project managers on field-oriented tasks during a 4-6 month assignment beginning Winter 2027. Start date is flexible with your school program.
You will assist with site characterization, field sampling, safety, reporting, and review of drawings and reports, gaining hands-on experience on diverse infrastructure projects while traveling 90% of the time to Greater Boston sites.

We are looking to bring on a Co-Op to serve as a Civil/Geotechnical Engineering Technician assisting office engineers and project managers with day-to-day project tasks. This is a full-time role that will be 4-6 consecutive months beginning Winter 2027. Please note: the start date is flexible depending on your schools' co-op program. This is a fantastic opportunity to get some hands-on, working field experience and be a valuable contributor to our project teams. This role will be based out of our Boston, MA office location.

The salary range for this position in Boston, MA is $23.00 - $26.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market.
