Qualifications

• Candidate should be at least 2 years into their academic career.
• Enrolled in civil, geotechnical, or environmental engineering program (undergraduate or graduate).
• Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field health and safety expectations.
• Support field activities including soil/groundwater sampling, density testing, and earthwork observation.
• Travel to construction sites in the Greater Boston area as needed.
• Assist in planning site characterization, subsurface investigations, and construction support.
• Prepare field reports and review design drawings and reports.
• Assist with data collection and instrumentation data.
