Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil field construction experience.
• Experience as Superintendent, General Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leader.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications.
• Understanding of manpower, equipment, production, and sequencing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily heavy civil field operations.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and deliveries.
• Manage earthwork, excavation, utilities, concrete, paving, drainage, and site development.
• Develop daily and weekly work plans with project leadership.
• Monitor production, manpower, equipment utilization, and progress.
• Read and interpret plans, specs and project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Identify field conflicts and provide practical solutions.
• Report project progress to Project Managers.
• Maintain accurate field documentation.
• Enforce safety procedures and jobsite expectations.
• Ensure work meets schedule and project requirements.
