Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in civil construction or underground utilities.
• Proven experience managing field operations and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across multiple projects or large-scale job sites
• Lead and support foremen and field crews to ensure efficient execution
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, labor, and equipment
• Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards
• Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA and company policies
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Track project progress, production, and performance
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget
