Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Project Engineer to back the Hudson Tunnel Project, supporting design reviews, constructability analyses, and coordination across teams. You will monitor schedules, assist with submittals, and help manage project controls for a high-profile U.S.

infrastructure program. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in civil/environmental engineering, PE preferred, and strong experience with hydrology, hydraulics, and BIM tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license preferred; NJ/NY experience valued.
• 5–10 years on large civil/infrastructure projects with hydraulics.
• Strong design, coordination, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist design reviews, resolve issues, and manage design change docs.
• Provide technical support during construction and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders; manage meetings and project docs.
• Assess constructability and impacts on critical path and schedule.
• Support integration of HTP packages and interface management.
• Oversee project controls: schedule, cost, risk, and docs.
