Job summary

Wallace Design Collective is offering a Civil Summer Intern position where you will join a diverse team of civil, structural, landscape engineers, and surveyors. You’ll work on real site development challenges across the country, gaining hands-on experience in layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management using industry-standard tools.

You’ll be embedded with active project teams, receive mentorship, and contribute to commercial, educational, healthcare, and land development

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Site Layout & Civil Drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Stormwater design and hydrology modeling.
• Grading and earthwork analysis with grading plans.
• Permitting and agency coordination with local codes.
• Collaborate in intern learning sessions and site visits.
