Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our Wilmington, NC office.

You will lead planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects while building and maintaining client relationships across municipal and land development markets in the Coastal Carolinas and Southeast regions. The role emphasizes business development, presentations and proposals, along with prior supervisory experience to guide teams in delivering safe, sustainable community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in site/civil design, permitting and execution of land development projects.
• Experience with business development and building strong client relationships.
• Experience with client relationship management and community meetings.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel across a wide range of sectors.

We are looking to add an Engineering Project Manager, who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities!

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel across a wide range of sectors, as well as helping to lead business development activities (maintaining and fostering new client relationships, preparation of presentations, proposals/RFQs, etc.). This role will have focus on our municipal and land development market in the Coastal Carolinas and broader Southeast regions.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Experience in the site/civil design, permitting and execution of public and private land development projects
• Experience with business development and building strong client relationships
• Experience with client relationship management
• Experience conducting community meetings and communication
• Previous supervisory experience
